McElwain Drops Bombshell at Press Conference
Treon Harris and Antonio Calloway have not been with the Gators football team since January and with both miss spring practice it was announced today.
Florida coach Jim McElwain said Tuesday that star wide receiver Antonio Callaway will not participate in spring practice, which begins Wednesday.
McElwain also said Treon Harris — expected to move from quarterback to wide receiver — is out for spring.
“We’re without a couple guys who haven’t been with our team since January in Treon and Antonio,” McElwain said at a pre-spring news conference.
