Bolles quarterback Mac Jones has verbally committed to the University of Kentucky. That's not going to prevent him from visiting a pair of Pac-12 schools.
Kentucky quarterback commitment Mac Jones, a three-star prospect from prep powerhouse Jacksonville Bolles, tells GN contributor David Hickox that he will take two unofficial recruiting visits this week.
“We are going to California (during spring break) to visit my aunt, so we figured while we are out there, we would check out a couple schools,” Jones said.
ones (6 feet 2, 180 pounds) recently picked up an offer from Arizona State and thinks a California offer could be coming soon. He is set to visit ASU on Monday and Cal on Wednesday.
“We are going to watch practices and get a tour of the campuses,” Jones said. “I also want to sit down and talk with coaches. We communicate a lot through social media so it will be good to sit down and talk face to face for a little bit.”
