San Marco's Hendricks Avenue Targeted For Improvements

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is proposing to resurface State Road 13/Hendricks Avenue from San Marco Boulevard to Cornell Road. The 3-mile project also proposes safety improvements including, but not limited to: removal of on-street parking, adding bike lanes and realigning the southernmost San Jose Blvd. intersection. A public meeting for this project is scheduled for January 12, 2016 at the FDOT Urban Office, Training Building, located at 2198 Edison Avenue.
