Element Bistro+Bar+Lounge Coming Downtown
After running into push-back during an attempt to open a new nightlife venue in Riverside, Jon Mroz of Nightlife Innovations, LLC. has shifted his focus to downtown's emerging Elbow district. Recently, Nightlife Innovations, LLC. entered into a five year lease agreement with Liberty Bay, Inc. to take over the old Club TSI location at 333 East Bay Street.
New plans call for the opening a new mixed-use nightlife venue. Specializing in craft cocktails, Element Bistro+Bar+Lounge, will be located in the front of the building. The rear will be converted into a nightclub and live music venue called Myths.
Spyros D. Drivas Architect, Inc. of Starke, FL has been retained to design tenant improvements for the space, that include a new facade for the 106-year-old former warehouse space. Here's a look at the proposed improvements for the venue, which is expected to open in December 2015.
