A New Gas Station For San Marco

The addition of a full I-95 interchange with Atlantic Boulevard and Philips Highway, as a part of the Overland Bridge project, will ultimately result in the redevelopment of San Marco's Fletcher Park area. Here's a look at Daily's plans for the new San Marco interchange.

Proposed Elevations

First Coast Energy, owner of Daily’s Gas and Convenience Stores in Jacksonville, has plans to open a store near the intersection of Kings Road and Atlantic Boulevard. The convenience store will have (8) double-sided, multi-product dispensers (MPDs) and (2), double-sided, free-standing diesel fuel dispensers, a 5,000-square-foot retail component, and a free-standing car wash. The 1.16 acre site would also include a small covered outdoor seating area along Atlantic Boulevard. Tenants would include Daily’s, Shell and Dash, Yum on the run. Dash, is a fast-casual restaurant concept that Daily's has added to several of its stores since March 2013. Via a touchscreen kiosk, Dash serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with ingredients as fresh as possible. Menu items include breakfast sandwiches, made-to-order coffee specialty drinks, lunch sandwiches and salads.
