JU Public Policy Institute: Education Policy Forum

In February 2014, Jacksonville University's Public Policy Institute hosted their Education Policy Forum with Dr. Nikolai Vitti, Superintendent, Duval County Public Schools and Gary Chartrand, Chair, Florida State Board of Education.

This video is an hour long. It's the worth the time, though. You'll get a fairly good grasp on where Florida and Duval County education is heading.

JU Public Policy Institute is in its second year of student enrollment. In these two years the Institute has hosted several high caliber events and more are scheduled. See the schedule here.

The next "National Public Policy Discussion" is this Thursday, October 16, 2014 with Rep. Corrine Brown and Rep. Ander Crenshaw. They will disucss a range of topics, from ISIS to Transportation.
