St. Johns Town Center continues to maintain its edge as the retail epicenter of Northeast Florida. In October 2014, the development welcomed its latest wing. Officially known as Phase III, the promenade is anchored by a 124,000 square foot Nordstrom and is home to a collection of national brand retailers.
