In preparation for tonight's Commander redevelopment Town Hall meeting, Metro Jacksonville shares revised conceptual drawings for the Fishweir Creek project.

Aerial Site Plan. Total Residential Units: 300. Building Height: 3-14 story. Parking: structured–525 spaces, on grade–55 spaces. Commercial: 12,000 s.f. shops.
Proposed 3-story building on St. John’s Village parcel, fronting creek. Two stories residential above one-story parking garage.

Councilman Jim Love will host a Town Hall / Mediation meeting on Wednesday, July 17th, 2013, to discuss the St. Johns Village project / PUD and site plan (Legislation # 2013-341 & 2013-342).
The meeting will be held at the FSCJ / Kent Campus Auditorium (Park St. at Blanding Blvd.) from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Representatives of the St. Johns Village development, nearby residents, and other interested parties are invited to attend.
