Erin Healy Designs

Erin Healy

Aesthetic
Erin’s looks, described as Coco Chanel-classy with a Gwen Stefani-edginess, feature vibrant colors, flowing, water-like fabrics and clean lines, often with an unexpected touch such as a line of orchid-like embellishments on the back of a dress strap or a fan of peacock feathers artfully splayed across a bodice. The woman who says “See me;” The woman who says “Envy me;” The woman who says “Adore me.”

Quick Bio
Inspired by the colors, patterns and textures of nature, Erin Rossie Healy has quickly established herself among Florida’s premier fashion designers, garnering numerous print and online media mentions, both local and national including a feature in the Miami/Florida section of the August 2008 issue of Lucky Magazine with additional noteworthy press mentions in Skirt!, Jacksonville, EU, Jacksonville Magazine, Sheknows.com, the Florida Times Union, and Picture This, a PBS regional television show.

First enamored with fashion as a child with a sophistication beyond her years, Erin primarily is self-taught. By age 16 she crafted custom designs for herself and her friends, shunning the trend-laden mall fare.  Today, she enjoys a burgeoning client and fan base throughout Northeast Florida.  Worn by notables including Evanesence front-woman Amy Lee, America’s Next Top Mode/winner Whitney Thompson, and Bravo’s Miami Housewives Adriana De Moura.  Erin is a must-know, must-wear for …

Yuzu Zen

by Yleya Turchin & Zula Khramov

Aesthetic
When Yleya Turchin and Zula Khramov, designers for their own labels, Yleya Vega Atelier and ZulaStudio, decided to join their fashion esthetics into one, the birth of YUZU seemed the most organic way to put the two names together… and it sounded so fresh and very new… until they realized that the fruit of their labor was actually… a fruit that grows from the yuzu tree.

As spiritual human beings, Yleya and Zula saw a sign in this, and were inspired by how one path inevitably crosses another and the way things that are meant to be grow out from seemingly disconnected acts. That’s how YUZU ZEN came to be a seamless way to integrate philosophy and function, a bridge between spirit and style, urbanity and art, concept and sensitivity. YUZU ZEN is the harmonious blend of raw and simple elements: timeless wisdom, organic textiles, spiritual graphics and a calming palette – creating a desired atmosphere that is both classic and modern – a true fifth element of effortless style.

Quick Bio
Russian Born Zula Khramov has a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Construction from Moscow State University of Design and Technology. She is also the creator and owner of Zula Studio, a high end women’s apparel brand that she launched in 2007.  ZulaStudio succeeded in shattering the stereotypes about eco clothes as just healthy and comfy – the creativity of Zula's clothes knows no bounds.

But no matter how theatrical it looks on runway ZulaStudio fashion always  remains chic and ready-to-wear while made of natural and organic textile blends that are the trademarks of ZulaStudio: ZulaStudio clothes is for fashionably educated, feminine woman who understands the art of the balancing the style, edge and trends and can handle the attention that ZulaStudio clothes inevitably brings. Zula has received many fashion awards including the “Designer of the Year” TIMMY Award by Talent in Motion Magazine NYC in 2007. Zula Khramov presented her latest collection at Miami Beach International Fashion Week 2012 celebrated this past March 21-24, 2012 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
