Draft of Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Released

Now available for review, the North Florida TPO wants to know what you think about the draft of their Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
The North Florida TPO provides research, planning and funding for bicycle and pedestrian needs. The TPO works with planning staff from the City of Jacksonville and Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties to ensure bicycle and pedestrian needs are considered in local transportation plans.

Currently, the TPO is updating the Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan.  The study includes an analysis of survey results, subarea zone priorities and regional route needs, as well as an assessment of relevant land development codes and guidelines for mid-block pedestrian crossings.
