Brooklyn Retail Project Revised Again

Another month ushers in another site plan modification for Fuqua Development's proposed retail development in Brooklyn. However, urbanites may consider the latest version an improvement over previous concepts.

Previous concepts included plans for a pharmacy to anchor the north (right) section of the development.




Modified Site Plan

The latest concept replaces the drive through pharmacy with 11,270 square feet of street front retail and dining space.









Up for final approval at today's Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) meeting, the development is anticipated to break ground this fall and open in 2014.
