JTA Public Meeting on Downtown Bus Rapid Transit Today
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is headed to downtown Jacksonville. This evening, a public meeting will be held to share the details.
WHAT:
Jacksonville Transportation Authority will be holding an open house meeting so the community can view project materials, provide feedback and learn more about the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Downtown Enhancements project. The project, once complete, will include branded shelters, transit lanes, intersection technologies and sidewalk improvements, as well as serve as the downtown infrastructure for future BRT corridor services that will extend into the north, southeast, southwest and east.
