Several business parks line the road to the right of the plaza as you enter.

Restaurant patios line the lakeside of the plaza, facing A1A.
Caffe Andiamo has a newly designed interior, serving traditional Italian cuisine with a continental flair.

Hilton Garden Inn Ponte Vedra
The hotel sits behind the main strip of Sawgrass Village.
Turning the left corner of the hotel, opens up a small plaza.
Businesses are incorporated on ground level on one side of the hotel. This strip, along with one sitting diagonally, makes up the small plaza. It's one of a few stand-alone plazas that together make up Sawgrass Village.
Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa
The front entrance sits adjacent to the plaza on the backside of the Hilton Garden Inn.
A walkway provides for easy access between the resort and the convention center.
The resort's convention center provides over 56,000 square feet of meeting space. Inside includes several ballrooms, lounges, restaurants, a golf shop, a terrace, and stadium room.

Visiting Sawgrass Village
The mixed-use plaza is located 3 1/2 miles south of J. Turner Butler Blvd. Driving south on A1A, take a right on L'Atrium Circle to come into the main entrance.
You'll find that golf carts are a popular mode of transportation in the entire Ponte Vedra area.
What's To Come
Ben Carter Properties, owner of the St. Johns Town Center, recently purchased Sawgrass Village and announced plans to redevelop it. The plans entail tearing down all the existing stores and redoing them one by one.
