More Southbank Renovations: 1032 Hendricks

Just north of I-95, 1032 Hendricks is the latest building preparing for a makeover in the bustling Southbank commercial strip.

1032 Hendricks is located at the intersection of the west side of Hendricks Avenue and the north side of Home Street.  The project involves the roof, a parking redesign, and a change to the building's exterior color scheme.  The conceptual design for 1032 Hendricks Avenue was recommended for Final Approval by the Downtown Development Review Board at the April 30, 2009 meeting.
