Urban Parks: Water Street Garage Pocket Park

Located on the corner of Bay and Broad Streets, the Water Street garage pocket park may be the most overlooked public space in Downtown Jacksonville.

Considering the height of the garage's ground level, it may be possible to one day retrofit the space into retail opening up to this underutilized courtyard.
