The 'Southern Gateway' to Jacksonville, Bartram Park is a master planned 2,600 acre mixed-use development adjacent to Interstate 95.
Bartram Park is located on the west side of I-95, between St. Augustine and Race Track Roads.
When complete, Bartram Park will contain 9,700 residential units, 1.3 million square feet of commercial space, 1.7 million square feet of office space and 300 hotel units.
