The first phase of the Southside's newest 'urban village' is rapidly nearing completion. Will it spur similar development in an area of town where the main street lacks sidewalks?

Tapestry Park Residential Component

Phase 1 of Tapestry Park will feature 52 townhome-style condos and 275 multifamily urban apartments, a waterfront boardwalk, a hotel and 61,000 square feet of retail/office space.
