Annie Lytle gets a new Roof

The endangered Annie Lytle now has a new neighbor to protect her from the rain.

The new I-95 North to I-10 West ramp overhangs a corner of Public School Number 4.

This is just another hurdle in the uphill battle to save this historic structure.
